It is full-bodied, soft and balanced on the palate, a typical Primitivo with Mediterranean charm.The selectively harvested grapes come from sun-drenched vineyards in Apulia. After fermentation, this red wine is matured partly in stainless steel tanks and partly in wooden barrels - this ensures fullness of fruit and depth.Tagaro Pinataro Primitivo goes perfectly with grilled meat, spicy pasta or mature cheese and should be enjoyed at a drinking temperature of 18-20 degrees. We recommend a brief aeration before serving.

With the Tagaro Seicaselle Negroamaro Puglia IGP, the Tagaro winery presents an authentic red wine from Apulia that carries all the power and warmth of the south. The Negroamaro grape variety - whose name means "bitter black" - is a classic of the region and is known for its intense color, aromatic depth and velvety tannins.In the glass, the Tagaro Seicaselle Negroamaro Puglia IGP is a deep, almost inky ruby red with violet reflections. The nose is dominated by aromas of ripe dark fruits such as blackberry, black cherry and plum. There are also spicy notes of licorice, roasted coffee and dark chocolate. On the palate, the wine is full-bodied, soft and supple, with a pleasant fruity sweetness, well-integrated tannins and a long, aromatic finish.The Negroamaro grapes are selectively harvested by hand and gently processed. The temperature-controlled fermentation takes place in modern stainless steel tanks in order to preserve the fruity aromas and typicality of the grape variety. The wine then matures for four months in French oak barriques, which gives it additional complexity and a fine spiciness without overpowering the fruit.This red wine is the ideal accompaniment to hearty meat dishes such as roast beef, grilled steaks or roast lamb. It is also an excellent accompaniment to hearty pasta dishes with spicy tomato sauce or pizza with salami.

Tagaro Vermentino Puglia IGP is a fresh and lively white wine from Apulia that expresses the sunny, southern region of Italy in every sip. The grapes are carefully harvested from sun-drenched vineyards and gently pressed. Fermentation takes place at controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks in order to optimally preserve the natural fruit notes and tangy freshness of the grape variety.Visually, the wine is a bright straw yellow with fine green reflections - typical of Vermentino. Delicate aromas of peach, apricot and Mediterranean herbs unfold on the nose. On the palate, it impresses with lively acidity, mineral freshness and notes of green apple and hints of pineapple. The finish is light, clear and pleasantly fruity.Serve the Tagaro Vermentino well chilled at around 8-10 °C. It harmonizes perfectly with light dishes such as seafood, grilled vegetables, fresh salads or creamy cheese. Its freshness also makes it the perfect summer wine - uncomplicated, refreshing and with typical Apulian charm.

The nose impresses with its freshness and complexity, with enticing aromas of fresh apple notes of the Renette and hints of ripe pear as well as the floral scents of broom and jasmine. On the palate, this Pecorino has a lively, balanced acidity and a pleasant, medium structure. The finish is long and refreshing, with a hint of citrus and white flowers.Talamonti Trabochetto Pecorino is the ideal accompaniment to a variety of dishes, including seafood, e.g. oysters or grilled fish.What does Traboccetto mean?The name "Trabocchetto" is closely linked to the fishing tradition of Abruzzo. The so-called trabucco was a new type of fishing device that was possibly imported from the Middle East. Literary sources from the 18th century report how this traditional pile construction quickly became typical for fishing on the Adriatic coast. The trabucco was originally built exclusively from wood and enabled fishermen to work even in the worst weather conditions. It provides a platform above the sea, anchored in the coastal rock, with long arms holding a large sinking net called a "trabocchetto". It was an ideal device for intercepting the fish currents that came with the sea currents.

Dieser Cabernet Sauvignon aus Sizilien ist ein Ausnahme-Wein. Robert Parker schrieb einst von einem intensiven Bukett mit rebsortentypischen Noten von „Brombeeren, Rosmarin und getoasteter Würze“. Er sieht in dieser Kreation der sizilianischen Tasca-Familie „das großartige Resultat in einem heißen Jahrgang“.Am Gaumen beeindruckt der Tasca Regaleali Vigna San Francesco Cabernet Sauvignon mit seinem vollen Körper und großer Aromatiefe, die Ausgewogenheit von reifen Fruchtaromen und einer klaren Mineralität ist faszinierend. Das Finale klingt noch außergewöhnlich lange nach. Die Trauben für diesen Cabernet Sauvignon aus Sizilien stammen von einem einzigen Weinberg im oberen Teil der Lage San Francesco in 570 Metern Höhe. Der Rotwein reifte 18 Monate in 225-Liter-Barriques.
