The Santadi Grotta Rossa is characterized by a strong fruity bouquet. This red Sicilian wine is made from the Carignano grape variety. This is the most important red grape variety at the Cantina di Santadi winery.The Santadi Grotta Rossa shimmers an intense ruby red in the glass and impresses with its aromatic fruit bouquet. On the palate, the wine presents itself with a very good volume and a fine note of liquorice on the finish. This elegant wine is made at the Sardinian winery Cantina di Santadi exclusively from Carignano grapes, the typical, predominant grape variety in south-western Sicily.The red wine should be drunk at a temperature of 16 to 18 °C. It is an excellent culinary accompaniment to a variety of dishes. These include hearty pasta and red meat dishes, fine poultry and light game.

The Santadi Noras Cannonau di Sardegna shows a wonderfully complex bouquet uniting notes of forest berries, ripe blackberries, blueberries, tobacco, chocolate and sweet spices. This red wine from Sardinia matured for six months in second-fill oak casks and aged for another six months in the bottle. It is mild, soft and warm on the palate with harmoniously integrated, sweet tannins.The Santadi Noras Cannonau di Sardegna is a blend mainly consisting of Cannonau (this is the name of the grape variety Grenache in Sardinia) and a smaller percentage of Carignano. Serre dei Roveri Appassimento Piemonte Barbera DOC 2022

On the nose, this impressive wine from the Piedmont region offers intense aromas of cherries, ripe, dark fruit and dried fruit as well. This complex wine is powerful on the palate, with a great density and noticeable but soft and nicely integrated tannins. Using the traditional Appassimento method, the grapes ripen beyond the ripeness date and dry on the vines.
