The dry wine from South Africa is made from Pinotage grapes.The wine has a light pink color due to the very brief contact of the juice with the skin of the berries. The rosé is a dry, but not off-dry wine. The fruit, especially strawberry and raspberry, remains in the soft finish.A wonderfully fresh and soft wine that is a great terrace wine in summer.
