Vernatsch, autochthone Rebsorte Südtirols, zeigt auch beim Tiefenbrunner Turmhof Vernatsch, was sie auszeichnet. Das Bukett dieses Rotweins prägen markante Noten von Marzipan und Bittermandeln. Am Gaumen ist dieser hell rubinrot schimmernde Wein harmonisch rund, mit zarten Gerbstoffen und einer angenehmen Frische.

Der Wein, der von Hügellagen in Entiklar stammt, reifte für zehn Monate zu drei Vierteln im großen Holzfass und zu 25% in Tonneau-Fässern. „Nach zwei weiteren Monaten Reife der Assemblage im Betonbehälter folgt die Abfüllung und eine fünfmonatige Flaschenreife“, schreibt das Weingut Tiefenbrunner.

Noten von Veilchen, Kirschen und auch Schokolade prägen das Bukett des Tiefenbrunner Turmhof Lagrein. Der Rotwein aus Südtirol ist am Gaumen voll und rund. Die feinkörnigen Gerbstoffe und die belebende Säure harmonieren wunderbar. Die autochthone Rebsorte Südtirols entfaltet hier ihre Qualitäten und verführt mit ihrer samtigen Fülle und der feinen Säure.Im Glas schimmert der reinsortige Lagrein in einem kräftigen Granatrot mit violetten Reflexen. Terlan Lagrein DOC
Lagrein DOC in matured 7-10 month in large wooden barrels. The 100% Lagrein from the winery Cantina Terlan has a dark garnet color. On the nose, intensely fruity. Notes of dried cranberries and sour cherry are complemented by a floral scent of lilac. Nuances of chocolate complete the complex bouquet. On the palate, juicy and harmonious, with a fine texture and delicate tannins.
