Cantina Tramin Pinot Noir Pinot Nero

The Cantina Tramin Pinot Noir from South Tyrol is a wonderful introduction to the red wine creations of the Cantina Tramin winery: this Pinot Noir has a seductive aroma of plums, raspberries and nuances of cherries. A wonderfully fresh and fruity bouquet.

The pure Pinot Noir is dry and elegant on the palate. The finely interwoven tannins and fruity aromas, as well as the pleasant, velvety-soft texture: all this makes this red wine from mid-altitude vineyards at around 350 to 450 meters above sea level an impressive taste experience.

Around 300 small winegrowers have joined forces in the winery and established a genuine quality brand in the wine world. The ruby red Cantina Tramin Pinot Noir in the glass is a perfect example of the winery's winemaking skills. The red wine matures in barriques and in large oak barrels, and to a lesser extent in stainless steel tanks.

Enjoy this fresh and fruity Pinot Nero from the north of Italy with a classic roast pork or a crispy duck breast with gravy at a drinking temperature of 16-18 degrees.

Cantina Tramin

Cantina Tramin Loam Cabernet-Merlot Riserva
The Loam Cabernet Merlot Riserva consists of 40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Merlot and 25% Cabernet Franc. This is a cuvée that could have been produced in the Bordeaux region. After a meticulous harvest by hand, the grapes are fermented in large wooden casks at a temperature of 82.4 °F, leading to an intense aroma and colour, amongst other things. The ageing was carried out in small barriques for a period of 12 months. Subsequently, the wine matured for six months in large wooden casks. It was put on the market only after ageing another six months in the bottle. The special quality of the grapes, the interaction of the different grape varieties and the careful production guarantee the longevity of the Loam. This wine will be extraordinary even in ten years. The Cantina Tramin Loam Cabernet-Merlot Riserva is fruity and well-balanced. The intense but fine tannins are wonderfully integrated, giving the wine power, balance and an enormous depth. The Loam is a ruby red in colour.
