The grapes for this wine were gently pressed off to steel tanks immediately after harvest. The must was allowed to ferment at controlled temperature (18 ° C) without malolactic fermentation.

Tasting Notes
Sauvignon is a grape of French origin and is produced worldwide. It is a fine white wine, slightly aromatic with a greenish-yellow color.
