Dieser Rotwein aus Südtirol ist ein wunderbarer Einstieg, um die Rotwein-Kreationen der Kellerei Cantina Tramin kennenzulernen: Der Cantina Tramin Blauburgunder (Pinot Nero) duftet verführerisch nach Pflaumen, Himbeeren und Nuancen von Kirschen. Ein herrlich frisch-fruchtiger Duftstrauß.

Am Gaumen ist der reinsortige Blauburgunder trocken und elegant. Die fein eingewobenen Tannine und die fruchtbetonte Aromatik, dazu die angenehme, samtig-weiche Textur: all das macht diesen Rotwein von mittleren Hügellagen auf etwa 350 bis 450 Metern Meereshöhe zu einem eindrucksvollen Geschmackserlebnis.

Etwa 300 kleine Weinbauern haben sich in der Kellerei zusammengeschlossen und in der Weinwelt eine echte Qualitätsmarke etabliert. Der im Glas rubinrote Cantina Tramin Blauburgunder (Pinot Nero) verkörpert bespielhaft die Weinbaukunst der Kellerei. Der Rotwein reifte im Barrique und in großen Eichenholzfässern, darüber hinaus zu einem geringeren Teil in Edelstahltanks.

Dieser Cabernet Sauvignon aus Südtirol duftet im fruchtigen Bouquet intensiv nach roten Beeren, wunderbar unterlegt von einer feinen Würze. Am Gaumen ist der Cantina Tramin Cabernet Sauvignon trocken und voll, mit einer eindrucksvollen Vielfalt an Aromen.Weinliebhaberinnen und -liebhaber können sich bei diesem italienischen Rotwein auf ein köstliches Zusammenspiel von Aromen von schwarzen Johannisbeeren, Dörrobst und Schokolade freuen. Aber damit nicht genug: Auch Anklänge von grüner Paprika und von Zedernholz bereichern das Aromenspektrum.Die Trauben für diesen Rotwein stammen von warmen, kalk- und schotterhaltigen Lehmböden auf Hügellagen in 250 bis 350 Metern Meereshöhe. The grapes come from the areas of Tramin and Montagna, where the vineyards are planted in calcareous clay and gravel soils between 400 to 500 meters.The grapes for this wine were gently pressed off to steel tanks immediately after harvest. The must was allowed to ferment at controlled temperature (18 ° C) without malolactic fermentation.Tasting NotesSauvignon is a grape of French origin and is produced worldwide. Cantina Tramin Rungg Merlot-Cabernet

The Rungg Merlot-Cabernet Sauvignon is supplemented by the Cabernet Franc grape variety, giving the wine a light spice. The grapes for the Rungg from the Cantina Tramin estate come from terroirs located south of the village of Tramin. The vines grow on hilly vineyards situated about 300 metres above sea level. The soils consist of gravelly subsoils, while the topsoil contains clay and lime. The terroir gives the wine a pleasant tannin structure and elegance. To underscore the aromas, aging was carried out in barriques and larger wooden casks. The Rungg is a garnet-red in colour and has an intense bouquet of cherries, currants and dried fruit. The wine is wonderfully round on the palate, offering chocolate and light roast aromas, with a powerful, long-lasting finish. Due to its full body, the Cantina Tramin Rungg Merlot-Cabernet goes beautifully with game, roasts or ripe cheeses.
