Die Reifezeit von der Alma Gran Cuvée beträgt mindestens 40 Monate nach der Ernte. Im Glas zeigt sich der Schaumwein leuchtend gelb mit grünen Reflexen mit einer lebendigen anhaltenden Perlage. Der Bellavista Franciacorta Alma Gran Cuvee Brut ist eine Komposition aus 77% Chardonnay, 22% Pinot Nero und 1% Pinot Bianco. Sowohl in der Nase als auch am Gaumen beeindruckt der elegante Schaumwein mit ausgeprägter Mineralität und Nuancen von süßen reifen Früchten, Baiser und kandierten Zitrusschalen. Hinzu kommt ein cremiges Gefühl und eine Textur, die Eleganz und Leichtigkeit, Stärke und Harmonie vereint.
