Ein feinperliger Champagner mit klarer, goldener Farbe. Die Nase verwöhnt mit einem frischen Bukett nach süßen Kirschen und Brioche. Dazu kommen Noten von Birne, Apfel und weißem Pfirsich. Am Gaumen herrlich fruchtig und frisch mit Aromen der Sternfrucht, Mandel, Orange und Minze. Im Abgang eine Kombination von Grapefruit und getoastetem Brot.

Aufgrund einer 30-monatigen Reife bringt dieser Champagner einen harmonischen Charakter und viel Finesse ins Glas. Der Assemblage wird ein Rotwein aus der Champagne hinzugefügt, welcher dem Rosé Sauvage nicht nur einen kräftigen rosa Farbton gibt, sondern auch rote Fruchtaromen. Der Piper-Heidsieck Champagne Rosé Sauvage ist geprägt von Fruchtaromen, wie Walderdbeere, Grapefruit, Johannisbeere, Brombeere und Kirsche. Ergänzt um feine Noten von z.B. Safran und Paprika. Am Gaumen zeigt sich dieser Champagner herrlich lebhaft und jugendlich. The Saint Clair Pioneer Block 3 "43 Degrees" Sauvignon Blanc comes from the Pioneer Block series of the Saint Clair winery in New Zealand and expresses the special terroir of the "Block 3" site in an impressive way.The vines in this growing area are planted at an unusual angle, 43 degrees north-east to south-west. Hence the special name for this particular, pale straw-colored wine. The slightly greenish character of the grapes on the south side and the more tropical character on the north side result in the unique complexity of the wine.The grapes were pressed as quickly as possible to minimize contact with the skins and to harvest the juice's greatest potential. After the addition of selected yeasts, 100% of the fermented juice was matured in stainless steel tanks at cool temperatures to preserve maximum fruit flavor and freshness.
