The Gavi del Comune di Gavi Maddalena DOCG is an outstanding white wine from the prestigious DOCG region of Gavi in Piedmont. This wine impresses with its lively freshness, fine fruity aromas and elegant structure. It is a true masterpiece of the Cortese grape and reflects the terroir and tradition of the Gavi region.

Pio Cesare Gavi DOCG
The Pio Cesare Gavi DOCG is an Italian white wine made from 100% Cortese grapes. The Pio Cesare winery, which has been in the family for five generations, has been producing outstanding red and white wines in Piedmont since 1881, taking care to treat the vineyard with the greatest possible care, with minimal intervention in nature. The excessive attention to detail even goes so far that no seasonal workers are used, but for reasons of continuity only experienced workers are employed, even during the harvest. This dedication is evident in the Pio Cesare Gavi DOCG. It is made from grapes from exclusive hillside vineyards in the Gavi region and is then fermented in steel tanks at low temperatures. The wine is also matured in steel tanks to preserve as much of its fresh character as possible. The wine has an intense aroma of spring flowers, citrus fruit, apple and minerals. Balanced and elegant on the palate, a hint of fennel, with fresh acidity that balances the fruit well.An excellent aperitif, but also a wine that goes well with salads, fish, shellfish and crustaceans.

Zenato Valpolicella Superiore
The Zenato Valpolicella is somewhat similar to the Bardolino; however, the Valpolicella is a little more powerful and shows a fuller body – it is simply of better quality. The wine consists of Corvina Veronese (responsible for the bouquet and the acidity), Rondinella (lots of sugar) and Sangiovese (gives the wine its elegance). This is a wine that can be enjoyed young, but another few years of ageing in the wine cellar will further enhance its qualities. For years, Valpolicella has been one of Italy’s most famous wines. Unfortunately, one can find many Valpolicella wines of poor quality on the market but fortunately, we don’t have to worry about this as far as Zenato wines are concerned, as Zenato produces only high-quality wines.
