Die Geschichte des Terroirs zwischen Verona und dem Gardasee, die Leidenschaft einer Familie, die Kultur einer Region – wenn man all das in einen Wein packt, kommt der Gorgo Custoza DOC heraus. Frisch, fruchtbetont und leicht aromatisch ist dieser trockene Weißwein, der aus einer komplexen Traubenmischung auf dem italienischen Weingut Gorgo gekeltert wird und sich durch seinen weichen, saftigen Charakter auszeichnet.Die bio-zertifizierten Trauben Trebbianco Toscano, Garganega, Cortese und Tocai Friulano werden von Hand geerntet. Nach kurzer Standzeit für einige Stunden auf den Schalen, folgt die Gärung in Edelstahltanks bei kontrollierter Temperatur.Dieser italienische Weißwein zeigt sich hell strohfarbend im Glas. Die Nase versprüht einen intensiven Duft nach Blumen und weißfleischigen Früchten. Am Gaumen prägt Frische diesen charaktervollen Wein. Ein besonderer Genuß ist der Gorgo Custoza DOC bei einer Trinktemperatur von 10°.
