The Tagaro Mancinello Nero di Troia Puglia IGP is an expressive red wine from the sun-drenched south of Italy. In the Apulia region, the Tagaro family creates modern interpretations of indigenous grape varieties. Nero di Troia - one of the oldest and most fascinating grape varieties in southern Italy - takes center stage here.

In the glass, the wine is a deep, dark ruby red. A complex bouquet of ripe dark berries, black cherry, plum and a hint of violet unfolds on the nose. Spicy nuances of black pepper, cedar wood and cocoa underline the depth of the wine. The Tagaro Mancinello Nero di Troia Puglia IGP impresses on the palate with a powerful structure, well-integrated tannins and a pleasant freshness that ensures balance.

The grapes are carefully harvested by hand to guarantee the highest quality. Temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks is followed by several months of ageing in French oak barrels. Tagaro ist ein familiengeführtes Boutique-Weingut im Herzen des Valle d’Itria in Apulien. Auf rund 450 Metern Höhe bewirtschaftet die Familie Lorusso ihre Weinberge bereits in dritter Generation.
