Die früher nur zurückhaltend verwendete Traube Negroamaro findet hier die ideale Umgebung, um sortenrein hervorragende Weine hervorzubringen.Der charakteristische Duft nach roten Früchten und Johannisbeeren bereitet mit einer zarten Kräuternote sehr vielversprechend auf den ersten Schluck vor. Dieser ist weich, körperreich und mit einem Anklang an Schokolade fein akzentuiert. Die Tannine sind trotz ihrer starken Präsenz sehr angenehm. Auch der Nachklang kann durch ein langes Finale überzeugen.Die Rasse dieses Weines entfaltet sich am besten bei 16 bis 18 °C. Reichen Sie dazu gut gewürzte Vorspeisenplatten aus italienischen Köstlichkeiten, oder gönnen Sie sich elegante Fleischgerichte mit rustikalem Einschlag.
