Notes of peach, apricot, lime and grapefruit and floral notes on the nose. On the palate, the Unico Passerina Terre di Chieti IGT is crisp and fresh, with a fine minerality. The autochthonous Italian grape variety Passerina was in the past mostly assembled with other grape varieties. The Tenuta Ulisse decided to create wines based alone on this regional grape variety. This results in this special fruity-fresh taste experience.
