Der Pfannebecker Pfeddersheimer Grauburgunder QbA trocken gehört zu den Ortsweinen des rheinhessischen Weinguts Pfannebecker. Er wächst in den alten Weinbergen der Gemarkung Pfeddersheim. Bereits in der Spätantike wurde hier Wein kultiviert. Heute werden die Lagen mit biologischem Weinbau bewirtschaftet.Der Grauburgunder reift auf natürlicher Hefe der Trauben, zu 50% im großen Holzfass. Bis zur Abfüllung bleibt er auf der Feinhefe. Er überzeugt mit eleganter Frische, ist leicht mineralisch und bringt einen Hauch Hefearoma mit. Ein voller, runder Abgang schließt sich an.
