Dieser Weißwein ist ein perfektes edelsüßes Erlebnis aus der Region Rheinhessen. Das Bouquet vom Steffen Beerenauslese ST 15 erinnert an Pfirsich und Mango und an die typische Honignote. Am Gaumen zeigt sich der pfälzische Wein aus der Rebsorte Huxelrebe sehr elegant und komplex, aber dennoch sehr leichtfüßig.Der Weißwein passt perfekt zum Dessert oder als Aperitif, und zu allen besonderen Anlässen. It has a moderate acidity, yet is lean and lively. Furthermore, the Studier Grauburgunder has a mineral note and is earthy and expressive without being powerful. This wine is an excellent fresh Grauburgunder with clear fruit flavours and a lovely accompaniment to roasted and grilled meat, spicy vegetable dishes and strong cheeses such as Emmentaler, Appenzeller and Comté. It is a beautiful representative of the Palatinate viticulture as produced by the Studier estate.
