Die rheinische Redewendung „Dat maache me us de Lameng“ heißt so viel wie „Das schütteln wir aus dem Handgelenk“. So ist der Meyer-Näkel Us de la Meng ein Paradebeispiel dafür, wie Erfahrung und Talent im Weinbau zu herausragenden Tropfen führen.

Der trockene Wein ist eine Cuvée aus Spätburgunder, der Hauptrebe des Weinguts Meyer-Näkel, sowie Dornfelder und Frühburgunder. Die Mischung wird durch Probieren zusammengestellt. Sie lagert sechs Monate in großen Fässern, die dem Wein von der Ahr eine zarte und ausgewogene Holznote verleihen. Entdecken Sie Aromen von dunklen Beeren und Pflaume. Am Gaumen runden Anklänge von Schokolade und Gewürzen wie Zimt und Nelke diesen Wein ab.

Herzhafte Gerichte wie Blutwurst oder der berühmte Rheinische Sauerbraten sind die perfekten Begleiter für diese gelungene Cuvée. Die perfekte Trinktemperatur liegt bei 16 bis 18 °C.
