The Villa AIX Rosé is an elegant representative of the traditional Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence appellation, which lies in the heart of Provence. With its delicate salmon-colored robe, delicate aroma and refreshing structure, this rosé embodies the typical style of the south of France - light, aromatic and full of Mediterranean joie de vivre.

On the nose, the Villa AIX Rose Coteaux Aix en Provence reveals a fine bouquet of fresh strawberries, raspberries, white flowers and a hint of citrus. On the palate, the wine is dry, clearly structured and wonderfully balanced. The lively acidity provides freshness, while the mineral note gives the wine finesse and depth. The finish is pleasantly fresh and elegant - a rosé that impresses with both lightness and substance.

The cuvée is classically made from typical regional grape varieties such as Grenache, Cinsault and Syrah. The grapes come from sun-drenched vineyards around Aix-en-Provence and are harvested early in the morning to preserve their freshness. After a short maceration period, they are gently pressed. The wine is matured at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks to fully preserve its aromatic clarity and freshness.

The Villa AIX Rosé Coteaux Aix en Provence is an ideal accompaniment to light summer dishes such as grilled fish, seafood, salads with fresh herbs or Mediterranean vegetables. It also cuts an excellent figure with sushi or as a stylish aperitif on the terrace.

Nun kommt der Chateau d’Esclans The Pale hinzu. Und wieder gelingt es Lichine einen Rosé anzubieten, der in jeder Hinsicht heraussticht und Eindruck hinterlässt.Das Bukett ist herrlich fruchtig-frisch und intensiv.
