Um das fruchtige Aroma der Trauben zu erhalten, findet die Gärung, der bei 5 Grad entstielten und gepressten Trauben, in Fässern mit kontrollierter Temperatur statt. Nach drei Monaten Reifung auf der Hefe wird der lachsfarbene Wein in Flaschen abgefüllt.

Der ausdrucksstarke Rosé duftet nach roten Früchten, insbesondere nach Himbeeren. Am Gaumen findet sich ein gutes Gleichgewicht zwischen der Frucht, dem Volumen, der Frische und dem Charakter des Weines.

Genießen Sie den Le Rosé par Paul Mas einfach solo als Aperitif oder zu gegrilltem Fleisch, exotisch würzigen Speisen und Salaten.

Die Rebsorten Grenache, Mourvèdre und Syrah prägen diesen Vignes de Nicole Rosé. Die Trauben wachsen auf den Hügeln des Herault Tals auf lehmigen, kreidehaltigen Böden und werden für diese Cuvee einzeln vinifiziert, wobei der Gärungsprozess zwei Wochen bei 17 Grad Celsius andauerte. Danach reifte der Wein der Domaines Paul Mas 40 Tage auf der Hefe. Zum Einsatz kamen neue beschichtete Zementtanks.Der Vignes de Nicole Rosé zeichnet sich durch eine sehr klare leicht rosa Farbe aus. In der Nase finden sich Aromen von roten Beeren, Kirschen und tropischen Früchten. Am Gaumen ist der französiche Wein herrlich frisch, leicht säurebetont, kräftig aber rund und mit einer guten Länge im Abgang.Zu Meeresfrüchten, Schalentieren oder zu Schweinefleisch ist der Rosé-Wein einfach perfekt.
