Le Rosé par Paul Mas IGP

The grapes for Le Rosé par Paul Mas grow on a soil of clay and limestone. They are harvested by machine at night. In order to preserve the fruity aroma of the grapes, fermentation takes place in barrels at a controlled temperature after destemming and pressing at 5 degrees. After maturing on the lees for three months, the salmon-colored wine is bottled.

The expressive rosé wine smells of red fruits, especially raspberries. On the palate, there is a good balance between the fruit, volume, freshness and character of the wine from France.

Enjoy the dry Le Rosé par Paul Mas simply on its own as an aperitif or with grilled meat, exotic spicy dishes and salads.

The great bottle design is also not to be sneezed at. The bottle makes a wonderful decorative element.

Domaines Paul Mas
