Der Cheval Noir Bordeaux Blanc AOC ist ein eleganter und frisch strukturierter Weißwein. Es handelt sich um eine ausgewogene Cuvee aus den Rebsorten Sauvignon Blanc und Semillon, die typisch für Bordeaux-Weißweine sind. In der Nase entfaltet er frische Aromen von Zitrusfrüchten wie Grapefruit und Limette, begleitet von floralen Noten und einem Hauch von exotischen Früchten. Dieser Weißwein aus Südafrika ist ein Blend aus überwiegend Chenin Blanc (49%) und Chardonnay (21%), assembliert mit kleineren Anteilen von Viognier, Sémillon und Sauvignon Blanc. Der Babylonstoren Candide ist eine Komposition aus allen weißen Rebsorten, die auf den Lagen des Weingutes heranreifen, das zwischen Paarl und Stellenbosch liegt.Das Bouquet ist anregend frisch-fruchtig. Der Candide duftet nach tropischen Früchten wie Ananas, Limetten und Melonen. Dazu kommen feinen Nuancen von Geißblatt, die den Duftstrauß abrunden. Am Gaumen ist dieser südafrikanische, Chenin Blanc-geprägte Wein trocken und zugleich herrlich knackig-frisch, mit mittlerem Körper und einem fruchtbetonten Aromenspiel sowie einer tragenden, frischen Säure. „Mit einer unterschwelligen Bienenwachs-Seidigkeit, die vom Sémillon herrührt“, formulieren die Macherinnen und Macher des Babylonstoren Candide. The Masca del Tacco Susumaniello is an example of exceptional Apulian viticulture. Both the autochthonous Susumaniello grape variety and the particular soils consisting of red earths rich in organic substances contribute to this extraordinary taste experience. After meticulous harvesting by hand and gentle pressing, the grapes matured in steel tanks and wooden casks of different fills.The Masca del Tacco Susumaniello is a dark ruby-red in the glass with violet glints. On the nose, it offers nuances of bilberries and other ripe red fruit, underpinned by light notes of wood and aromas of red blossoms. On the palate, the wine shows noticeable roast aromas and notes of aromatic herbs. It is powerful yet elegant, with ripe tannins. A many-hued colour with strong pink tinges and fine bubbles.The nose is fresh and direct, with aromas reminiscent of cherries, blackberries, pomegranates and redcurrants.On the palate, the wine shows a deliciously full body that follows on perfectly from the nose. Its flavours remind one of fresh strawberries and raspberries.The finish has a pleasantly acidulous character that adds to the impression of finesse given by this romantic and well-balanced wine.The champagne made exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes from the Montagne de Reimsregion, and from Premiers Crus andGrands Crus.Its specific style and colour are the result of blending in 8% of red wine produced from a plot of old vines on the hill of Aÿ, and from a plot known as “Meurtet”. Both are particularly well sited and belong to Deutz.
