A minor disadvantage of Soave is, however, that - due to the wine’s reputation – many wines are launched on the market, but only a few good ones.Soave is an elegant, dry white wine, not too heavy, which goes beautifully with many occasions. Due to its attractive fruit aromas it shows a fresh and vivid acidity. The Soave should be enjoyed young, so that its quality can be fully appreciated.Try this Soave with delicious salads, light fish dishes or simply on its own on the terrace on a warm summer day.

The Zolla wine series from the Vigneti del Salento winery is known for its successful red wines - now a white wine has been added, the Zolla Chardonnay IGP Puglia.
