Die Trauben für den Olianas Vermentino di Sardegna DOC stammen von den Weinbergen Murvonis und Porruddu. Die Böden aus diesen Weinbergen bestehen aus lehmigem Ton und sandigen Mergelstein, die einerseits für Frische und Eleganz sorgen und andererseits dem Wein Komplexität und Struktur verleihen. Die Reben wurden im Jahr 2007 gepflanzt und bringen einen relativ niedrigen Ertrag von 1,5 Tonnen pro Hektar.In der Nase eine schöne Zitrusfruchtnote und ein Duft nach roter Grapefruit, ergänzt durch Noten von Brotrinde und verschiedenen Gewürzen.
