Chateau de Chemilly Coteaux Bourguignons Chardonnay

Der Coteaux Bourguignon ist ein Weißwein aus dem Burgund vom Chateau de Chemilly. Er gilt als der Einstiegswein des Chateaus. Der Wein besteht zu 100% aus Chardonnay Trauben und bringt das außergewöhnliche Terroir schon wunderbar zum Ausdruck. Die Weinberge befinden nahe den Gemeinden Beru und Vermenton und liegen am rechten Ufer des Flusses Serein. Die Trauben werden bei mäßiger Temperatur von maximal 20 Grad Celsius auf der Feinhefe vergoren. Danach schließt sich eine ca. 6-monatige Reifung im Edelstahltank an. Die Farbe des Coteaux Bourguignon ist goldgelb und glänzend hell. In der Nase zeigen sich Aromen von Birne und Quitte, die einen leicht exotischen Eindruck entwickeln. Am Gaumen präsentiert sich der Wein wunderbar fruchtig und blumig. Noten von Akazie und Orangenblüte verleihen dem Mundgefühl eine besondere Note. Die Säure ist leicht hintergründig, aber bis zum Abgang frisch.Probieren Sie den Coteaux Bourguignon als Aperitif. Zu empfehlen als Begleiter zu Jakobmuscheln oder anderen Schalentieren.Ein Wein mit einem unschlagbaren Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis!

The Chateau de Malle Sauternes AOC offers intense notes of citrus fruit and, according to René Gabriel, lots of freshly extracted honey. This Sauternes is fresh, creamy and invigorating on the palate, underpinned by a lovely acidity. Twenty-five per cent of this assemblage, consisting mainly of Sémillon and almost one third of Sauvignon Blanc, was aged in new oak casks. Neil Martin awards this wine 91-93 points in Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate and writes, amongst other things, ‘This is simply a Sauternes of top quality, both elegant and graceful.’ René Gabriel awards this wine 18 out of 20 points and assesses it as follows: ‘With regard to the nose, this is one of the most sumptuous Sauternes. It is creamy on the palate, with lots of suppleness and a wonderfully fruity finish. Château Filhot Sauternes 2e Cru Classé 2020

Sauternes is a French wine-growing region known for its noble sweet white wine. It belongs to the Bordeaux wine-growing region. Sauternes wines are mainly produced from the Sémillon, Sauvignon Blanc and Muscadelle grape varieties. This is also the case with Château Filhot Sauternes. The Sémillon grape makes up 60 percent of this wine, as it is particularly susceptible to botrytis. This so-called botrytis is a quality-enhancing process in which sugar and aromas accumulate in the grape, forming the basis for exquisite sweet wines. Sauvignon is used at 36% and gives the wines the necessary acidity. The Muscadele grape is used at 4% for its aroma.Fermentation of the wine takes place in stainless steel tanks at a temperature of 19 - 21°C. The length of fermentation is 10 - 30 days, depending on the grape variety and concentration. 10 months later, the grape juices are blended. The white wine matures for a total of 2 years in French oak barrels, 1/3 of which are new.Château Filhot Sauternes has a honey-like sweetness accompanied by apricot, peach and notes of caramel and almonds.Serve the wine with traditional dishes such as foie gras, duck liver, pâté and fruit desserts.

Château La Nerthe Châteauneuf-du-Pape Blanc AOP 2023

The Château La Nerthe estate is one of the most venerable wineries of the renowned Châteauneuf-du-Pape appellation and with its 222 acres of vineyards one of the largest estates in this region. The estate’s history dates back to the 14th century. From the beginning, the Château La Nerthe Châteauneuf-du-Pape has been synonymous with outstanding wines from the Côtes du Rhône region.This also applies to the excellent 2020 vintage. The fully ripe grapes were harvested by hand so that they could preserve their balance and full aromas. The pressing occurred carefully and under constant control. The fermentation was also meticulously carried out at low temperatures in order to maintain the aromas.The Roussanne grapes were aged in oak casks, of which one third were new barrels. The La Nerthe 2020 is a cuvée consisting of Grenache Blanc, Roussanne, Clairette, Bourboulenc, and was produced on a purely organic basis. The wine matured for 9 months, remaining in contact with the yeast. It was blended only a short time before bottling.The Château La Nerthe Châteauneuf-du-Pape 2020 is a pale lemon in colour. On the nose, it offers aromas of stone fruit (peach, apricot) and white flowers. It is wonderfully complex on the palate, showing notes of citrus fruit (lime) and exotic fruit (pineapple, mango), with a good balance between acidity and richness. The wine is elegant, with an expressive finish that offers long-lasting, spicy and mineral notes.The Château La Nerthe Châteauneuf-du-Pape 2020 is a wonderful and harmonious accompaniment to fish with butter sauce, seafood and poultry.
