Der Tenuta Antonini P.121 Montepulciano d'Abruzzo ist ein trockener Rotwein aus der Region Abruzzen in Italien. Er wird von der Tenuta Antonini Winery hergestellt, die für ihre hochwertigen Weine bekannt ist. Die Montepulciano-Trauben für den eleganten Montepulciano d'Abruzzo werden ausschließlich von Hand gepflückt und anschließend selektiert. Im Glas zeigt der P.121 eine rubinrote Farbe mit leichten violetten Reflexen, die mit der Alterung in Richtung Granatrot tendieren. In der Nase beeindruckt der beliebte Wein mit intensiven fruchtigen Aromen von roten Früchten. Am Gaumen ist er tanninreich, harmonisch und samtig.

Tenuta di Nozzole Chianti Classico DOCG 2019

Chianti denotes Italian red wine from Tuscany, which was once traditionally sold in bottles encased in woven straw baskets known as “fiaschi.” Today, the Chianti Classico DOCG is one of the two most important red wines produced in Italy and its excellent quality has eclipsed the straw-covered bottle of yesteryear. The Tenuta di Nozzole estate vinifies the famous red wine from 100% Sangiovese grapes. The Tenuta di Nozzole Chianti Classico DOCG is macerated for 15 days in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature of 28°C. The wine is regularly pumped over during the period. The Chianti is aged for 10-12 months in toasted 225-liter French oak barrels and, after bottling, aged in the bottle for another three months.The result is an excellent wine that has a surprising sweet, soft fruitiness, complemented by notes of spice that caress the palate.We recommend drinking the Chianti at a temperature of 16-18°C with roasted and braised red meats or as a dessert accompaniment to aged hard cheeses.Gambero Rosso awards three glasses to this dry red wine from 2019 and rates it as one of the best wines from Tuscany.

Tenuta Roveglia Ca d'Oro Cabernet Sauvignon DOC 2018

Die Trauben für den Tenuta Roveglia Ca d'Oro Cabernet Sauvignon DOC reifen 50 Meter über dem Meeresspiegel am südlichen Ufer des Gardasees. Sie werden von Hand gelesen und nach einer 6-7 monatigen Gärung in Edelstahl für 24 Monate in Barriquefässern ausgebaut. Nach der Abfüllung in Flaschen ruht der Wein für weitere 12 Monate. In dem samtigen Bouquet des reinsortigen Cabernet Sauvignons überwiegen Aromen von Pflaumen und schwarzen Johannisbeeren mit Nuancen von Kräutern. Am Gaumen ist der Rotwein üppig mit milder Säure.

The Tenuta Sant Antonio winery is located northeast of Verona and surrounded by its own vineyards. With the wines of the Scaia line, the Castagnedi brothers fulfilled their dream of creating wines that better meet the requirements of young winemakers.The Tenuta Sant Antonio Scaia Paradiso is a cuvée consisting of the Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and Cabernet Sauvignon grape varieties. The Cabernet Sauvignon grapes are dried for 20 days before they are pressed. After the gentle pressing of all the grapes, the wine is aged for 20 days with selected biological yeasts in temperature-controlled, stainless-steel tanks. Afterwards, the wine matures for one year in 500-litre French oak casks.The bouquet of this ruby-red wine recalls Maraska cherries, wild berries and candied fruit. The bouquet is complemented by spicy notes of black pepper, liquorice, cocoa and tobacco. On the palate, the Scaia Paradiso is a genuine charmer - soft, warm, velvety.The fruity, spicy red wine is a perfect accompaniment to pasta dishes with truffles, meat ragout, grilled red meat and ripe cheeses.

Terlan Gries Lagrein Riserva DOC 2022

The 100% Lagrein from the Alto Adige winery Cantina Terlan has a strong ruby to garnet color with violet hues. On the nose, earthy and mineral notes that harmonize beautifully with fruity flavors. In addition notes of sour cherries and plum jam. On the palate: peaty and spicy yet fruity. Notes of bitter chocolate and violet contribute to the complex richness and complexity of the wine. The Gries Lagrein Riserva DOC comes from a classic Lagrein location in Bolzano. The wine was aged for 12 months partly in large oak barrels (70%) and partly in barriques (30%). Tiefenbrunner Turmhof Lagrein Alto Adige DOC 2022

Noten von Veilchen, Kirschen und auch Schokolade prägen das Bukett des Tiefenbrunner Turmhof Lagrein. Der Rotwein aus Südtirol ist am Gaumen voll und rund. Die feinkörnigen Gerbstoffe und die belebende Säure harmonieren wunderbar. Die autochthone Rebsorte Südtirols entfaltet hier ihre Qualitäten und verführt mit ihrer samtigen Fülle und der feinen Säure.Im Glas schimmert der reinsortige Lagrein in einem kräftigen Granatrot mit violetten Reflexen. Die Trauben für diesen Rotwein stammen von Hanglagen in Entiklar und Kurtatsch. Die Rebstöcke wurden zum Teil bereits 1967 angepflanzt. Acht Monate reifte der Lagrein im großen und kleinen Holzfass.
