The De Gras Cabernet Sauvignon comes from the renowned Viña MontGras winery in the Central Valley in Chile.Aroma of ripe plums, delicate roasted and vanilla notes. Taste of red berries, soft and pleasing with a beautiful length.The grapes for the DeGras wines come from our own vineyards in the Colchagua Valley and are all harvested by hand. The wines are fruity and balanced and, above all, uncomplicated to enjoy. They are elegant, varietal representatives of their type.The majority of this De Gras Cabernet Sauvignon is matured in stainless steel tanks to preserve the fruit almost perfectly. Around 10% matures for 6 months in small French and American oak barrels to give the red wine a firm structure and spiciness.RECOMMENDATION: with roast meat, light game and cheese

De Gras Reserva Carménère

Der De Gras Reserva Carménère stammt aus der Region Valle Central in Chile. Der Wein besteht zu einem großen Teil aus der Rebsorte Carmenere und einem kleinen Teil Merlot. Ausgebaut wurde er 5 Monate in französischen und amerikanischen Eichenfässern in einem 80/20 Verhältnis. Dabei waren ein Viertel der Fässer neu und der Rest im zweiten Gebrauch.Im Glas ist der trockene Rotwein purpurrot. Aromen reifer, schwarzer Früchte mit Gewürzen, Schokolade, Vanille und einer feinen Note von Toast ergeben ein wunderbar elegantes und komplexes Bouquet. Dieser Rotwein hat reife und weiche Tannine. Es ergibt sich eine außerordentliche Struktur und Frische.Der vegane Wein vom Weingut Montgras passt sehr gut zu süß-sauren Gerichten, zu Eintöpfen, Pasteten, Huhn und einige öligen Fischgerichten, besonders wenn sie ein wenig Pfeffer enthalten. Genießen Sie den Carmenere bei einer empfohlenen Trinktemperatur von 16-18 °C.

MontGras Antu Chardonnay

The straw-yellow MontGras Antu Chardonnay from Chile is classic and elegant. The grapes for this single-varietal Chardonnay are pressed directly after the harvest and filled into French oak barrels, 30% of which are new. Fermentation is partly natural and partly malolactic. The 13-month maturation in barriques gives the Antu Chardonnay its special notes of vanilla, pineapple, ripe peaches and a hint of pear. On the palate, the MontGras Antu Chardonnay is creamy with a medium body and fresh acidity.Enjoy this fruity white wine with pasta, white meat, fish with herb sauces or even sushi.

A wonderful taste of Chile: Four outstanding grape varieties compose this singular and distinctive red wine. Quatro is the outcome of a judicious oak aged blend that shows the optimum balance between ripe fruit and velvety smooth tannins, as well as the true characteristic of this particular vintage year.The blend from the Colchagua Valley has a deep ruby red with purple notes.
