The Waterkloof Circle of Life White consists of more than 50% Sauvignon Blanc, one third Chenin Blanc and small percentages of Chardonnay and Semillon. This white wine from South Africa has a wonderfully fresh bouquet hinting of lime, grapefruit and peach. On the palate, this blend is clear and fresh, with a certain creaminess, a lovely acidity and a mineral core. Its stimulating finish is characterised by citrus notes.The Waterkloof estate, located near False Bay, has dedicated itself to producing organic wines for several years. In the beginning, there was criticism of the fact that the quality of the wines was affected by natural viticulture. This is certainly no longer the case. In the recent South Africa report in Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate, the Waterkloof winery has received a number of excellent rankings (90 points).In this Waterkloof Circle of Life White you’ll discover a fine white wine blend from the Cape, which is wonderfully accessible, simultaneously showing a lovely depth.
