Der Saragat Cannonau di Sardegna DOC ist ein Produkt des sardinischen Weinguts Tenuta Atzei, das zur Fantini Gruppe gehört. Fantini steht für außergewöhnliche, aussagekräftige Weine, in denen sich Vergangenheit, Gegenwart und Zukunft vereinen. So wie in diesem weichen, mittelschweren Rotwein, der zu 100% aus der Cannonau Traube, in Frankreich Grenache genannt, besteht. Die Rebsorte ist arm an Taninnen und Farbe und ergibt sehr fruchtbetonte, aromatische Weine.Die Gärung des Rebsafts findet bei kontrollierter Temperatur von 26 bis 29°C statt. Danach erfolgt eine kurze Lagerung in Edelstahltanks. Das Ergebnis ist ein trockener Rotwein, der mit seinen intensiven Aromen von reifen, roten Früchten wie Kirschen und Brombeeren jeden Genießer überzeugt. Hinzu kommen betörende Noten von Veilchen und Trockenblumen. Die Farbe ist rubin rot.

If you delve further into this multi-faceted bouquet, you will recognize hints of leather and cedar wood.The extraordinary flavor composition unfolds fully with the first sip. Now it is boiled berries, espresso aromas and the sweet nuance of vanilla that delight the tongue. This unusual red wine from the Italian winery Farnese Vini was made from the grape varieties Montepulciano, Primitivo, Sangiovese, Negroamaro and Malvasia Nera. After fermentation, the wine matured separately for 12 months in barriques. Der vollmundige, weiche Körper mit reichhaltigen, samtigen Tanninen endet in einem langen nachhaltigen Abgang.Der Farnese Fantini 20 Edizione Cinque Autoctoni Limited Release eignet sich hervorragend als Essensbegleiter. Probieren Sie ihn zu Fleisch an einer Senf- oder Pfeffersauce. Fantini Calalenta Pecorino Terre di Chieti Bianco is an elegant white wine from Abruzzo, made exclusively from the indigenous Pecorino grape variety. This grape, which has been rediscovered in Italy, produces wines full of character with a lively freshness and fine minerality. The vineyards around Ortona, with their calcareous clay soils and coastal climate, offer the best conditions for the development of intense fruit aromas and a clear structure.The grapes are harvested during the cool night - hence the name "Calalenta" ("slowly falling temperature") - and then pressed at a low temperature. Around 80% of the must ferments in stainless steel tanks, while 20% is aged in large wooden barrels to give the wine a fine spiciness and depth. Maturation on the fine lees also ensures a harmonious, soft mouthfeel.In the glass, the Pecorino is a pale straw yellow with greenish reflections. The nose reveals intense aromas of white peach, pear and citrus, complemented by floral notes and a hint of herbs. On the palate, the wine is fresh and balanced, with invigorating acidity and a finely structured, fruity finish.This wine is ideal as an aperitif, but goes equally well with seafood, grilled fish or light pasta dishes.
