Torres de Casta Rosado DO Catalunya

Garnacha and Carinena are the two grape varieties that give the Torres de Casta Rosado DO Catalunya its special character. The grapes are crushed for 24 hours to extract as much red coloring as possible. In the glass, the dry rosé is a bright, shiny raspberry pink with fine reddish-red reflections.On the nose, fruity aromas of ripe wild berries (blueberries, strawberries), cherry jam and some pomegranate blend with notes of creamy butter caramel, green coffee beans and marzipan. On the palate, this vegan wine from Spain impresses with plenty of juicy fruit and balanced acidity. Both grape variety aromas are present.The Torres de Casta Rosado DO Catalunya goes well as an aperitif, with traditional Spanish tapas, sausage and ham, juicy vegetable casseroles or fresh pasta. This cuveé is a pleasure to drink at a temperature of 10°C.
