The Gabbiano Alleanze IGT delights with an aromatic bouquet of blackcurrants and dark plums as well as light notes of vanilla, cinnamon, pink pepper, coffee and chocolate. This delicious red wine is characterized by soft tannins and a rich, complex taste on the palate. It flows crimson red and clear into the glass and should be served at 18 to 20 °C.Gabbiano Alleanze is made from Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes in the famous Chianti Classico wine-growing region of Tuscany from the best grapes of Castello Gabbiano. It is then allowed to mature in barriques for at least 16 to 18 months before being refined in the bottle for a further six months.Enjoy this delicious red wine with hearty red meat or game dishes or with mature cheese.

After pouring, the Gabbiano Cavaliere D Oro Pinot Grigio IGT shines bright yellow in the glass. This cuvée made from two grape varieties is characterized by its harmonious balance between fruit and acidity. The full-bodied wine with a long-lasting finish comes from the renowned Castello di Gabbiano winery.Made from Pinot Grigio and Chardonnay, this white wine smells of fruity pear and honeydew melon. Floral nuances mingle with this. Its taste is captivating with aromas of citrus fruits and green apple. It has a hint of citrus and almond on the finish. The Chardonnay owes its aromas of pear, apple and citrus fruit to the soil on which it grows and the temperate climate of the Veneto region in northern Italy.This white wine is an excellent accompaniment to various pasta dishes. It really comes into its own at a drinking temperature of between 10 and 12 °C. It also tastes wonderful with light dishes with chicken or fish.

Es handelt sich hier im einen angenehmen, jungen Rotwein, der nicht alt werden will und in den ersten Jahren seines Lebens zu trinken ist.Eine vollkommen natürliche Weinherstellung aus autochthonen Rebsorten lässt den Gabbiano Chianti DOCG entstehen. Der alkoholischen Gärung folgt auf natürliche Weise die Malolaktik in Stahlbecken. Nur kurze Zeit reift der Chianti vor der Abfüllung in Flaschen, ohne im Holz zu ruhen: Auf dieser Weise behält der Wein aus der Toskana all seine charakteristischen Eigenschaften und drückt die organoleptischen Eigenarten der Trauben und eine große Frische aus.90% Sangiovese und 10% einheimische rote Trauben.
