On the warm summer evenings before harvesting, the wild boar (jabalí) secretly comes into our vineyards located next to the forests of the Cordillera Ibérica. Here amongst the old vines cultivated in slate soils it is free to choose the best grapes, such as Garnacha & Cabernet, used to create our rosé, a vivacious, full-tasting wine with aromas of raspberries, strawberries, rose petals and hints of cherry.After stemming, the grapes are passed directly to the press, where there is 12-24 hour pellicular maceration in order to extract the best aromas, followed by gentle pressing. The must is fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature of 15ºC for 12 days.

Der Cano Tempranillo Garnacha bereitet als „every day“ Wein viel Freude. Im Glas leuchtet der Wein dunkelrot mit violetten Schattierungen. Er schmeckt nach Maulbeere, Himbeere und Kirsche. Am Gaumen ist der Wein vom Weingut Pagos del Rey wunderbar fruchtig und voll. Im Abgang lang und mit Noten von Waldbeeren.Auch als Essensbegleiter macht der trockene Rotwein eine gute Figur. Probieren Sie ihn zu Tapas, Lammbraten, einer kräftigen Wurstplatte oder mariniertem Rindersteak.

The Tenuta Sant’Antonio winery is run by the Castagnedi brothers with great passion. With the wines of the Scaia line, they fulfilled their dream of reinventing wine in a fashion that better meets the requirements of young producers. They’ve created something very innovative - a contemporary interpretation of the magnificent tradition of the Tenuta Sant’Antonio winery.The wines are pleasantly fresh and aromatic. The Rondinella grapes for the Scaia Rosato are gently pressed. After brief skin contact, the must is fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures. The wine is a brilliant pink in the glass. Its bouquet offers aromas recalling roses and raspberries. The rosé is fruity on the palate, showing a well-balanced freshness. The Tenuta Sant Antonio Scaia Rosato is an ideal accompaniment to pasta dishes, risotto, white meat and poultry. It also goes beautifully with roasted polenta with herring, fresh cheeses and fish.

Dieser Rosé aus der italienischen Region Basilikata bezaubert Sie vom ersten Schluck an mit seinem würzig-milden mediterranen Flair.Der Pipoli Rosato Aglianico ist ein zartrosa Rosé von dem Weingut Vigneti del Vulture in der Basilikata. Für diese Weinkreation werden ausschließlich sortenreine autochthone Aglianico Rebsorten verwendet. Im Glas besticht der trockene Wein mit einem leuchtenden Kirschrosa. Die Nase zeichnet ein ausgeprägtes fruchtiges Bouquet aus, in dem sich die vorherrschenden Noten von Walderdbeeren und Himbeere mit den subtileren Noten von Kirsche und Granatapfel vereinen.
