The bouquet of the Bergsig Sauvignon Blanc unites notes of gooseberries, paprika and fresh citrus fruit. This invigorating white wine from South Africa is aromatic on the palate, with a good structure and length and a fine minerality as well. To preserve this wine’s enormous freshness, the grapes were harvested by hand early in the morning, and the wine was subsequently aged in stainless steel tanks.
