The wine has a golden yellow colour. In the nose are Notes of apricots, almonds and cream combine in a profusion of intense aromas - hallmarks of a Backsberg Chardonnay. On the palate is it balanced, long and powerful, has a fresh acidity and fruit notes.

Although, perfect as an aperitif, this flavour filled Chardonnay pairs well with seafood, chicken and cream based pasta dishes.
