The grapes for the Pinot Grigio from the Cantina Andrian estate grow in vineyards located in the mountains of South Tyrol. The soils consist of limestone and clay, interspersed with white dolomite rock and Andrian porphyry. After harvest, the white wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures.
