The Santadi Noras Cannonau di Sardegna shows a wonderfully complex bouquet uniting notes of forest berries, ripe blackberries, blueberries, tobacco, chocolate and sweet spices. This red wine from Sardinia matured for six months in second-fill oak casks and aged for another six months in the bottle. It is mild, soft and warm on the palate with harmoniously integrated, sweet tannins.

The Santadi Noras Cannonau di Sardegna is a blend mainly consisting of Cannonau (this is the name of the grape variety Grenache in Sardinia) and a smaller percentage of Carignano. The ruby-red wine is an excellent accompaniment to heartier dishes such as roasted and grilled meat, game and cheese.

Olianas Cannonau di Sardegna DOC

Der Olianas Cannonau di Sardegna DOC aus dem sardinischen Gebiet Anfiteatro gedeiht in einem Tal, das ganztägig der südlichen Sonne ausgesetzt ist. Dadurch werden die Trauben mit viel Frucht, Struktur und Komplexität versorgt. Der immer gleichzeitig vorherrschende Wind sorgt für einen kühlenden Ausgleich. Das Besondere an diesem Wein ist sein biodynamischer Ansatz. Es werden weder Enzyme noch Reinzuchthefen bei der Gärung verwendet. Etwa ein Drittel des Mostes wird in Amphoren bis zu 25 Tage auf den Schalen vergoren. Das erreicht die intensiv dunkelrote Farbe. Die Reifung erfolgte für etwa 8 Monate in französischen Eichenfässern zweiter und dritter Füllung. Um den natürlichen Charakter des Weins zu erhalten wurde bewusst auf eine Klärung verzichtet. In der Nase finden sich Aromen von Waldfrüchten und rauchige Noten. Am Gaumen ist der Olianas Cannonau di Sardegna DOC frisch, rund und sehr lebendig. Die gut eingebundenen Tannine und die angenehme Säure wirken ausgewogen und konzentriert.

Surrau Branu Vermentino di Gallura DOCG

Zugegeben ein bisschen sehr fantasievoll umschrieben, zeigt der Wein doch aber eine Art Neubeginn. Im Frühling werden wir von frischen schönen Düften umgarnt und so ist es auch beim Branu Vermentino. Der Duft zeigt nach Meer und Blumenwiese. Dieser Vermentino erfüllt mit seiner typischen Mineralität und Frische die Erwartungen der Rebsorte in vollem Umfang. Komplett im Stahltank ausgebaut findet sich im Glas eine strohgelbe Farbe mit leichten grünlichen Reflexen. Am Gaumen vollmundig frisch mit intensiven mineralischen Noten ausgestattet.Der Surrau Branu Vermentino di Gallura ist ein toller Wein, der sich sowohl als Aperitif als auch Essensbegleiter zu Austern, Schnecken, Muscheln und anderen Meeresfrüchten eignet.
