The grapes for the Allesverloren Chenin Blanc come from vineyards that are located more than 300 metres above sea level. The vineyards are exposed to the northwest and southeast, thus benefitting from optimal sunshine and giving the wine its special complexity and an enormous fullness. The wine has a clear, brilliant colour with light green glints. On the nose, it offers very fine nuances of coal, complemented by aromas of juicy apples and hints of lime.The Allesverloren Chenin Blanc is well-balanced, with restrained acidity. Nevertheless, it is lively, fresh and soft on the palate. The ripe notes of stone fruit particularly underscore this taste experience. We recommend serving this wine with light chicken dishes, summer salads or seafood.

Der Creation Estate Viognier strotze mit seinen Noten von weißem Pfirsich, Aprikose und reifer Birne, urteilt Christine Rudman in John Platter’s Wine Guide. Sie vergibt stolze 4,5 Sterne (90 Punkte) für diesen Weißwein aus Südafrika. Das Bouquet dieses Viognier aus dem Hemel-en-Aarde-Tal bereichern zudem feine Noten von Muskatnuss. Am Gaumen ist der Creation Estate Viognier voll und fruchtig, mit einem angenehm weichen Mundgefühl, einer knackigen Mineralität sowie einer schön integrierten Säure. Jean-Claude und Carolyn Martin stehen hinter Creation Wines. 2002 begann die Erfolgsgeschichte des Weingutes in der Walker-Bay-Region. Creation Wines war das erste Weingut, das Viognier im Hemel-en-Aarde-Tal anpflanzte.  Die Trauben reifen auf den kühlsten, nach Süden ausgerichteten Hängen heran. Die langsame Reifung sorgt dafür, dass die Trauben an Aromen gewinnen. Zugleich bleibt die frische Säure erhalten.

Der La Villette Viognier VdF ist ein aromatischer Weißwein mit den für die Viognier-Traube charakteristischen Noten von Früchten und Blumen. Im Bouquet zeigen sich Aromen von Pfirsich und Aprikose, die am Gaumen mit floralen Aromen von Lilien, Lavendel und Akazienblüten sowie einem Hauch frischer Banane ergänzt werden. Die Reben wachsen auf Weinbergen des Weinanbaugebietes Minervois. Das Minervois gilt als eines der ältesten Weinbaugebiete Frankreichs und liegt im Départements Hérault. Der reinsortige Viognier reift vor der Abfüllung für einige Monate auf der Hefe. Er ist powervoll und hat wenig Säure.

The Vidal-Fleury Condrieu Blanc comes from the eponymous wine-growing region in France, located on the northern Rhône. Only the Viognier grape variety is cultivated in this appellation. This white wine is a pale yellow in the glass. It is fresh and fruity on the nose, offering floral notes, along with aromas of hazelnuts and almonds. It is extremely complex and vivid on the palate, tasting of peaches and apricots. This wine is very aromatic, showing a good length and a restrained acidity. Its finish is characterised by a light sweetness.The Vidal-Fleury Condrieu Blanc is a rich wine, lovely to enjoy on its own as an aperitif. The Condrieu goes also beautifully with slightly spicy meals such as scampi with curry or Indian Cuisine. It is a perfect accompaniment to fine fish like turbot or monkfish as well. We recommend enjoying this dry white wine at a drinking temperature of 11 °C (64.4 °F).
