Der Wein duftet sehr schön nach Ananas und gerösteten Keksen. Am Gaumen ist der Diemersfontein Chenin blanc wunderbar frisch und knackig. Er schmeckt nach grünen Äpfeln und nach saftigen Birnen. Eine elegante Ausgewogenheit begleitet den Abgang.Genießen Sie den Diemersfontein zu Entenbraten oder geräuchertem Schweinefleisch. Auch zu Fischgerichten macht der Wein eine sehr gute Figur.

Only when the stakes get older, the wines get more concentration. By keeping the proceeds low, the wine gets a really nice solid and mineral character. Like the other wines in this series he gets after a fermentation process at low temperature aged for a few months on the yeast cells, which makes it nicely rich and firm of character. A delicious, smooth and crisp Chenin Blanc is the result.

The grapes for the Allesverloren Chenin Blanc come from vineyards that are located more than 300 metres above sea level. The vineyards are exposed to the northwest and southeast, thus benefitting from optimal sunshine and giving the wine its special complexity and an enormous fullness. The wine has a clear, brilliant colour with light green glints. On the nose, it offers very fine nuances of coal, complemented by aromas of juicy apples and hints of lime.The Allesverloren Chenin Blanc is well-balanced, with restrained acidity. Nevertheless, it is lively, fresh and soft on the palate. The ripe notes of stone fruit particularly underscore this taste experience. We recommend serving this wine with light chicken dishes, summer salads or seafood.
