Der Château de Bussy Beaujolais AOC wird aus der Gamay-Traube gewonnen, die auf den im Beaujolais vorherrschenden Granit- und Kalkböden optimale Bedingungen findet. Für die Gamay-Traube charakteristische Merkmale sind ein schlanker bis mittlerer Körper, ein ausgewogener Säuregehalt und ihre ausgeprägte Frucht mit einem Duft von Erdbeere, Himbeere und Kirsche sowie Gewürznoten wie Zimt und Pfeffer.

Typisch für die Verarbeitung ist, dass ganze Trauben mit Stiel und möglichst unverletzt im Tank eingelagert werden. Aus diesem Grund ist die Handlese erforderlich. Um die Trauben vor Oxidation zu schützen, werden diese unter CO2 Schutzgas gestellt. Der während der intrazellulären Gärung, auch bekannt als Macération carbonique,  entstandene Druck lässt die Trauben platzen und der Saft kann abfließen. Diese einzigartige Keltermethode wird auch Vinification beaujolaise genannt.

In der Nase zeigt der Château de Bussy Beaujolais AOC ein blumiges und sehr fruchtiges Bouquet. Sein Geschmack ist würzig mit eleganten Tanninen und er begeistert mit einem weichen Abgang.

Die empfohlene Trinktemperatur liegt bei 12-14°. Dieser Beaujolais passt wunderbar zu gebratenen oder gegrillten Fisch.

The Gréteau Médeville estate is one of its showpieces, covering an area of only 22.24 acres.A restrained use of wood underlines the fruity and well-balanced character of this wonderful, seductive wine.The Château Greteau Médeville Bordeaux Supérieur AOP 2016 is a light, clear garnet red in colour. On the nose, it offers intense aromas of cherries, black currants and spices. It is very velvety on the palate, showing lots of fruit, notes of amarena cherries and a full body. The finish is long and fruity. The fine and already well-integrated tannins underpin the wine’s structure. We recommend decanting the wine a while before drinking it. It can already be enjoyed now but will further improve over at least five more years.This Bordeaux is a wonderful everyday wine and lovely to enjoy on its own. Der Authentique des Bertrands 2018 vom Château Les Bertrands ist ein Spezial-Cuvée dieses Weinguts, das ganz ohne Zusatz von Schwefel auskommt. Dies ist nach Ansicht von Winzer Laurent Dubois nur in ganz besonders guten Jahrgängen in Bordeaux möglich, sodass er seinen Authentique des Bertrands seit 2009 erst in vier weiteren Jahren vinifizieren konnte. Das französische Weingut ist aufgrund seiner nachhaltigen, umweltschonenden Arbeitsweise seit 2017 mit dem Siegel HVE 3 (Haute Valeur Environnementale) zertifiziert.Dieser 100%ige Merlot aus der Appellation Blaye Côtes de Bordeaux wird so schonend wie möglich hergestellt und im Fass ausgebaut, nicht nur ohne Schwefel, sondern unter vollständigem Verzicht auf den Einsatz von Chemikalien im Keller. Zuvor erfolgt die Lese der Trauben sehr sorgfältig. Nur eine gesunde Ernte kann ohne zugesetzte Sulfite im Wein zu der Bordeaux-Herstellung verwendet werden und enthält am Ende der Produktion auch weniger Histamin.Authentique des Bertrands 2018 ist ein fruchtbetonter, runder und harmonischer Bordeaux. Er duftet nach Johannisbeeren, Blaubeeren und Brombeeren mit leichten Noten von hellem Tabak. Am Gaumen spiegeln sich die Früchte wieder und enden in einem schönen, langen Nachhall.Wunderbar zu genießen auf der Terrasse an einem warmen Sommerabend, aber auch hervorragend im food-pairing mit rotem Fleisch oder Geflügel. Monsieur Dubois ist übrigens der Auffassung, dass ein schöner Käse dem Rotwein am besten steht. Wir finden: Auch keine schlechte Idee und schließen uns der Benotung im Decanter an, die den Authentique des Bertrands 2018 mit 91 Punkten auszeichnet.

Wir vom Vineshop24 sind immer auf der Suche nach etwas Spannenden und Neuem aus der wunderbaren Weinwelt. Dabei wurden wir aufmerksam auf diese Spezialität aus Fronsac im Bordelais, einem trockenen Wein "Sans Sulfites", also ohne zugesetztem Schwefel, mit einem niedlichen Jungen auf einem Traktor auf dem Label. Der kleine Lausbub ist Raphaël, die sechste Generation der Coudert Familie, der das Château Castagnac gehört und der so gerne im Weinberg - natürlich auf dem Schlepper - mithilft. Der Château Castagnac Raphaël Merlot wurde daher nach ihm benannt.Das Château Castagnac arbeitet derzeit daran, das Label HEV (high environmental value) zu erhalten, eine Auszeichnung für nachhaltigen französischen Weinbau. Bei der Herstellung wird zudem auf den Einsatz von Sulfiten verzichtet. Somit fällt bei diesem sulfitarmen Rotwein auch der Histaminwert gering aus.100% Merlot, aus im Schnitt 25 Jahre alten Reben, wird die Fermentation nur mit Hilfe natürlicher Hefen durchgeführt. Es erfolgt auch nur eine sehr vorsichtige Filterung vor der Abfüllung.Der Château Castagnac Merlot Raphaël ist genauso sympathisch wie der kleine Raphaël selbst. Fruchtig, viel Merlot-typische Pflaumenaromen, dunkle Beeren, Haselnuss und etwas Olive vereinen sich zu einem spannenden und äußerst runden Trinkvergnügen.James Suckling ist begeistert von diesem Wein aus Bordeaux und benotet den Château Castagnac Merlot Raphaël mit 91 Punkten.
