In the glass with a delicate cherry-red.

In the nose an elegant bouquet with a fine balance of the varietal aromas of wild berries and licorice alongside delicate spice notes and hints of oak.

On the palate, soft and round with velvety tannins and (again) the clear varietal character, in the final long and very elegant with spicy toasted.

To serve:
braised and grilled meats (like lamb), stews to (stew, ragout, cassoulet), but also to the traditional paella and spicy soft cheeses.

In the year 1954 my father, Miguel Torres, was already seeking out the most prized red grapes of the region, Garnacha and Cariñena, to create a different wine that would express the authentic character of the land. This led to the birth of "Sangre de Toro", whose name is inspired by Baccus, Roman god of wine, known in ancient times as "Son of the Bull".Deep ruby colour with a hint of ochre. Rich complex Mediterranean aromas with exuberant notes of spices and blackberries.
