Dieser Crianza vom jungen Weingut Pago de la Jaraba duftet nach frischen Beeren, Eukalyptus und einer feinen Würze. Hinzu kommen die angenehmen Holztöne. Am Gaumen ist dieser Tempranillo weich und elegant. Der rubinrote Wein aus der La Mancha-Region ist ein Blend aus weit überwiegend Tempranillo und kleineren Anteilen Cabernet Sauvignon und Merlot. 10 Monate wurde er in französischer und amerikanischer Eiche ausgebaut, wobei hauptsächlich amerikanische Eiche zum Einsatz kam.

Pago de la Jaraba ist eine junge, blitzsaubere Bodega im Herzen der D.O. La Mancha unweit vom Ort Villarobledo. Selten sieht man eine Bodega so völlig aus einem Guss, ausgerüstet und ausgelegt, um Spitzenweine zu machen. Die Bodega ist modern und sehr stilvoll. Sie ist umgeben von 80 Hektar eigenen Weinbergen und von einem Wald, eine unglaubliche Seltenheit in der Mancha.

Die Weinberge sind extrem gepflegt. Sie liegen auf 750 m Meereshöhe. Die Rebsorten sind Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon und Merlot. Die Ausstattung des Kellers lässt das Herz jedes Önologen höher schlagen. Es bleibt kein Wunsch offen.

Die Barriques für den Ausbau der Weine liegen unterirdisch in schön gestalteten Schiffen. Im Zentrum der unterirdischen Hallen befindet sich der ?dormitorio?, das ist der ?Schlafsaal?, in dem die Weine in der Flasche reifen. Pago de la Jaraba ist geprägt vom Willen zur Schönheit. Das teilt sich den Weinen mit und dem Besucher.

Allegranza Tempranillo is a wine made from 100% Tempranillo grapes from the La Mancha region. This Spanish region is known for its optimal ripeness and uniformity in quality. The wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks and then matured for approx. 3 months in French oak barrels.The Allegranza Tempranillo has a ruby red color and is reminiscent of aromas of dark cherries and blackberry jam on the nose. There are also notes of exotic herbs and eucalyptus. It is wonderfully smooth and medium-bodied on the palate. A beautiful vanilla note and the taste of delicate milk chocolate pamper the palate.This red wine is an excellent accompaniment to tapas, grilled meat, lamb chops or an aromatic paella with chorizo. After pressing, fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then matured for between 12 and 14 months in new 225-liter American barrique barrels before being bottled and aged in the bottle for at least another 6 months.It is an ideal accompaniment to tapas, lamb, grilled meat or spicy vegetable dishes.

Blackberry and plum aromas, backed by undertones of dark chocolate and vanilla. The wine is elegant and lingers on the palate.Fermentation with selected yeast strains. Temperature was maintained at 25-28°C. Pump-overs were conducted 4 times a day until fermented dry. The wine was matured for 13 months in French oak, and then bottled with a screw cap.
