Dieser Crianza vom jungen Weingut Pago de la Jaraba duftet nach frischen Beeren, Eukalyptus und einer feinen Würze. Hinzu kommen die angenehmen Holztöne. Am Gaumen ist dieser Tempranillo weich und elegant. Der rubinrote Wein aus der La Mancha-Region ist ein Blend aus weit überwiegend Tempranillo und kleineren Anteilen Cabernet Sauvignon und Merlot. 10 Monate wurde er in französischer und amerikanischer Eiche ausgebaut, wobei hauptsächlich amerikanische Eiche zum Einsatz kam.

Pago de la Jaraba ist eine junge, blitzsaubere Bodega im Herzen der D.O. La Mancha unweit vom Ort Villarobledo. Selten sieht man eine Bodega so völlig aus einem Guss, ausgerüstet und ausgelegt, um Spitzenweine zu machen. Die Bodega ist modern und sehr stilvoll. Sie ist umgeben von 80 Hektar eigenen Weinbergen und von einem Wald, eine unglaubliche Seltenheit in der Mancha.

Die Weinberge sind extrem gepflegt. Sie liegen auf 750 m Meereshöhe. Die Rebsorten sind Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon und Merlot. Die Ausstattung des Kellers lässt das Herz jedes Önologen höher schlagen. Es bleibt kein Wunsch offen.

Die Barriques für den Ausbau der Weine liegen unterirdisch in schön gestalteten Schiffen. Im Zentrum der unterirdischen Hallen befindet sich der ?dormitorio?, das ist der ?Schlafsaal?, in dem die Weine in der Flasche reifen. Pago de la Jaraba ist geprägt vom Willen zur Schönheit. Das teilt sich den Weinen mit und dem Besucher.

Allegranza Tempranillo is a wine made from 100% Tempranillo grapes from the La Mancha region. This Spanish region is known for its optimal ripeness and uniformity in quality. The wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks and then matured for approx. 3 months in French oak barrels.The Allegranza Tempranillo has a ruby red color and is reminiscent of aromas of dark cherries and blackberry jam on the nose. There are also notes of exotic herbs and eucalyptus. It is wonderfully smooth and medium-bodied on the palate. A beautiful vanilla note and the taste of delicate milk chocolate pamper the palate.This red wine is an excellent accompaniment to tapas, grilled meat, lamb chops or an aromatic paella with chorizo. It is also an ideal accompaniment to strong cheese or pasta with a spicy tomato sauce. An every day wine, beautifully simple or just simply beautiful!

Barón de Ley Reserva Is made from grapes coming from our own vineyards in Mendavia (Rioja Baja). The climate in this part of Rioja, with clear Mediterranean influence, provides excellent maturations which, combined with a low yield viticulture (5.000 kgrs/Ha. aproximately), result in modern Riojas with a “mediterranean soul”; wines with combine remarkable power with the elegance and harmony that have always been characteristic of the Rioja wines. The wine was aged for 20 months in new american oak casks, and afterwards 24 months in bottle until arriving to its ideal moment for enjoyment. This wine has not been submitted to filterings or artificial stabilizations, which might result in the appearance of natural sediments in the bottle.With an attractive red ruby coulour with medium-high intensity, in the nose it suprises for a powerful fruit remarkably blended with traces from its noble ageing: coconut and toffee, evolving into seductive nuances of spices and mediterranean bush. The attack is truly powerful and develops in the mouth a pleasant sensation of volume and onctuosity with drives us to a long finish, nervous and fresh due to its optimum acidity, and bringing back an aftertaste with red fruits and again mediterranean bushes.

The Cune winery is actually better known from the Rioja region, but the winery also has vineyards in the Ribera del Duero. The Cune Roble is an accessible but powerful red wine. The wine is purple in the glass and the nose reveals lots of black fruit with a floral note. This is complemented by a mineral touch and vanilla aromas from the 5-month maturation in American oak barrels. On the palate, there are beautiful aromas of licorice and vanilla with notes of roasted coffee. An intense berry aroma closes the taste impression at the end. Blackberry and plum aromas, backed by undertones of dark chocolate and vanilla. The wine is elegant and lingers on the palate.Fermentation with selected yeast strains. Temperature was maintained at 25-28°C. Pump-overs were conducted 4 times a day until fermented dry. The wine was matured for 13 months in French oak, and then bottled with a screw cap.
