This rosé is a brilliant cherry-red in colour. It is redolent of ripe red fruit, especially of raspberries. On the palate, the Lesegut Rosé is full-bodied, fresh and very fruity. The wine, consisting mainly of Cabernet Sauvignon and a smaller percentage of Merlot, has a prolonged finish.

Try this rosé from the Navarra region with various pasta dishes, spicy pizza, grilled fish (e.g. salmon), chicken or vegetable casseroles with rice. It is also a perfect accompaniment to grilled dishes.

The bouquet of the Lesegut Tinto unites notes of ripe black cherries, wild berries, peppermint and caramel, complemented by fine mineral nuances. The red wine from the Castile region in Spain is powerful, round and fresh on the palate, with a silky structure and a delicate, prolonged finish.The deep purple wine consists of the Cabernet Sauvignon, Graciano, Petit Verdot and Shiraz grape varieties. The grapes come from vines that are 20 years old and were harvested when fully ripe. The Lesegut Tinto matured for 10 months in French oak casks.Enjoy this red wine with grilled meat (beef, roast beef), roe deer or wild boar, for example.

Beim Protos Rosado steht die Fruchtigkeit klar im Vordergrund. Herrliche Noten von Erdbeeren, getrockneter Brombeere und Süßkirsche lassen sich in der Nase als auch am Gaumen feststellen.Wie von einem Premiumerzeuger aus dem Ribera del Duero nicht anders zu erwarten, stellt schon der Rosado die ganze Kompetenz des spanischen Weingutes dar. Der aus der Rebsorte Tempranillo hergestellte Rosado hat durch eine 16-stündige Kaltmazeration die rebsortentypischen Aromen zu voller Entfaltung gebracht. Die Farbe ist intensiv rosa und der Geschmack frisch und sehr fruchig, schön ausgeglichen, aber nicht langweilig. Die feine Frucht-Säure Kombination verleiht dem Portos Rosado genug Kraft und Volumen um mit viel Körper und Ausgeglichenheit die Geschmacksnerven zu verwöhnen.Der Protos Rosado lässt sich uneingeschränkt zu vielen Wurstspezialitäten empfehlen, auch zu Eintöpfen auf Basis von Bohnen oder Linsen eine hervorragende Wahl. Selbst Kalbs- oder Lammkoteletts gegrillt oder gebraten begleitet der trockene Roséwein ausgezeichnet.

Für diesen trockenen Rosé aus Deutschland wurden gleich drei verschiedene Rebsorten miteinander kombiniert. Die Mischung der Rebsorten aus Cabernet Sauvignon, Frühburgunder und Merlot setzt ein interessantes Spiel der Aromen frei und sorgt für eine enorme Vielseitigkeit.Der Dr. Koehler Doktorspiele QbA Rosé erinnert vom Duft her an rote Beeren. Dieser Eindruck bestätigt sich, wenn die ersten Tropfen den Gaumen benetzen. Dann dominiert eine kühle Frische geschmacklich ganz vorne, bis die Süße schließlich beim Abgang wieder dazu trifft.Die Trauben für diesen trockenen Roséwein stammen vom Weingut Dr. Koehler in Rheinhessen. Nach der Lese werden die Trauben gekeltert und im hauseigenen Kellergewölbe gelagert. Nach einer gewissen Ruhezeit landen sie dann in Form des Doktorspiele Rosés in den heimischen Gläsern und sind ein vielfältiger Begleiter zu diversen mediterranen Gerichten oder Meeresfrüchte vom Grill.

On the warm summer evenings before harvesting, the wild boar (jabalí) secretly comes into our vineyards located next to the forests of the Cordillera Ibérica. Here amongst the old vines cultivated in slate soils it is free to choose the best grapes, such as Garnacha & Cabernet, used to create our rosé, a vivacious, full-tasting wine with aromas of raspberries, strawberries, rose petals and hints of cherry.After stemming, the grapes are passed directly to the press, where there is 12-24 hour pellicular maceration in order to extract the best aromas, followed by gentle pressing. The must is fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature of 15ºC for 12 days.
