Ganz im Süden Italiens gedeihen Weine wie der Feudi Di San Marzano „I Tratturi“ Negroamaro IGT, die mit ihrer sonnigen und samtigen Struktur immer mehr Freunde finden. Die früher nur zurückhaltend verwendete Traube Negroamaro findet hier die ideale Umgebung, um sortenrein hervorragende Weine hervorzubringen.Der charakteristische Duft nach roten Früchten und Johannisbeeren bereitet mit einer zarten Kräuternote sehr vielversprechend auf den ersten Schluck vor. Dieser ist weich, körperreich und mit einem Anklang an Schokolade fein akzentuiert. Die Tannine sind trotz ihrer starken Präsenz sehr angenehm. Auch der Nachklang kann durch ein langes Finale überzeugen.Die Rasse dieses Weines entfaltet sich am besten bei 16 bis 18 °C. Reichen Sie dazu gut gewürzte Vorspeisenplatten aus italienischen Köstlichkeiten, oder gönnen Sie sich elegante Fleischgerichte mit rustikalem Einschlag. Käse ist ein besonders überzeugender Begleiter, sobald er eine mittlere bis starke Reife erreicht hat.

On the warm summer evenings before harvesting, the wild boar (jabalí) secretly comes into our vineyards located next to the forests of the Cordillera Ibérica. Here amongst the old vines cultivated in slate soils it is free to choose the best grapes, such as Garnacha & Cabernet, used to create our rosé, a vivacious, full-tasting wine with aromas of raspberries, strawberries, rose petals and hints of cherry.After stemming, the grapes are passed directly to the press, where there is 12-24 hour pellicular maceration in order to extract the best aromas, followed by gentle pressing. The must is fermented in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature of 15ºC for 12 days.

Production area: San Marzano, Salento, Puglia. At almost 100 meters above the sea level, with a high average temperature and very few rainfall during the year. The soils are mainly composed by clay, with an average depth which reaches up to 1 meter.Harvest period: Second and third decade of August Vinification: Thermo-controlled maceration, followed by draining and soft pressing at the end of the alcoholic fermentation Maturation: In stainless-steel Deep ruby red colour with violet reflections, intense aroma, fruity with notes of prunes and cherry, spicy with rosemary and vanilla scent. Full-bodied wine, soft and balanced, easy to drink.

Die ausschließlich vom Weingut angebauten Rebsorten Garnacha und Syrah finden auch in diesem Wein Verwendung. Das besondere ist unter anderem, dass die Trauben ausschließlich mit nackten Füßen gestampft werden. Maschinen kommen also bei der Pressung der Trauben nicht zum Einsatz. Nur etwa 50% der Trauben aus dem Weinberg gelangen in den Wein, eine extreme Selektion also, die nur von Hand vorgenommen wird.Das ergibt einen tiefdunklen, fast schwarzen Farbton im Glas. In der Nase beherrschen Noten von reifen Beeren, Lakritz, Rosmarin, Thymian und Lavendel den Duft.  Am Gaumen prägt volle Frucht und Saftigkeit den charakteristischen Prados Fusion. Ein aufgeschlossener und offener Wein mit runden Tanninen und einem seidigen Abgang, der zum Weitertrinken einlädt.Servieren Sie den Pagos del Moncayo Prados Fusion zu gegrilltem Fleisch oder Wurstwaren. Ein Genuss auch zu klassischer spanischer Küche wie Paella oder Tapas aller Art.
