Emilio Moro Tinto DOP

The Emilio Moro Ribera del Duero DO is a full-bodied Spanish red wine made from 100% Tempranillo, reflecting the heritage and tradition of the renowned Emilio Moro winery. The grapes come from medium-aged vineyards in Pesquera de Duero and give this red wine its expressive fruitiness, elegant structure, and distinctive character.

Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks before the wine is aged in French and American oak barrels. The combination of both types of wood gives the Tempranillo additional aromatic depth and a harmonious integration of woody notes, without allowing its fruit-forward personality to fade into the background.

In the glass, the Emilio Moro displays an intense cherry red color with violet highlights. The nose is dominated by ripe red and dark fruits, complemented by subtle notes of vanilla, cocoa, and spices. On the palate, this full-bodied red wine from Ribera del Duero is both smooth and powerful. Its ripe, finely integrated tannins, balanced freshness, and long, harmonious finish create a well-rounded tasting experience.

A versatile pairing for hearty dishes, the Emilio Moro pairs excellently with grilled or pan-seared beef, roast lamb, and especially with the traditional Spanish lamb dish, lechazo. This Spanish Tempranillo also showcases its qualities when paired with hearty meat dishes and aged cheeses. The recommended serving temperature is 14 to 16 °C.

Emilio Moro Malleolus DOP
The Emilio Moro Malleolus Ribera del Duero DO is an expressive premium red wine from Spain that showcases the Tempranillo grape variety—also known regionally as Tinto Fino—in its most refined form. The grapes come from select vineyards in Pesquera de Duero, whose stony soils lend the wine a unique balance of ripeness and freshness. Menade Nossa Tempranillo Low sulphite
The Menade Nossa Tempranillo is a unique, biodynamically produced red wine from Castilla y León, made by the prestigious Bodega Menade. This wine follows the philosophy of natural viticulture, without the addition of sulphur or artificial intervention - an authentic expression of the grape variety and the terroir. The grapes come from old vineyards in Castilla y León, where the vines grow on barren, chalky soils. Menade's winegrowers consistently focus on sustainable and organic cultivation in order to preserve the natural vitality of the soil. After manual harvesting, around 20% of the grapes are processed as whole bunches, while the rest are destemmed and gently pressed. Spontaneous fermentation takes place with wild yeasts in small stainless steel tanks. The wine then rests for several months, without fining or filtration, before being bottled unfiltered. The Nossa de Menade Natural Tempranillo has a deep ruby red color with violet reflections in the glass. The bouquet is intense and multi-layered, with aromas of ripe red berries, black cherries and plums, accompanied by subtle notes of violets, tobacco and a hint of Mediterranean herbs. On the palate, this red wine is wonderfully lively with a perfect balance of juicy fruit, fine tannins and a fresh acidity that gives it elegance and structure.
