With Bodegas Morca, the Gil family aims to fully develop the special qualities of the Garnacha grape variety. The Bodegas Morca Godina is an impressive example of how excellent the red wines from the D.O. Campo de Borja are. This is also demonstrated by the gold award at the Mundus Vini international wine competition.

The Spanish red wine has a seductively complex aroma of cherries and ripe plums, harmonizing wonderfully with notes of liquorice, cedar wood and a beautiful spiciness. Subtle oak notes round off the bouquet. The Godina is dry and concentrated on the palate, with velvety, perfectly integrated tannins and great length.

This elegant Spanish red wine is rich in finesse and matured for 15 months in French oak barrels. Enjoy Bodegas Morca Godina at a drinking temperature of 16 to 18 degrees. The deep ruby red Garnacha goes perfectly with red meat, game or hearty stews. Also a real treat with dark chocolate.

Die ausschließlich vom Weingut angebauten Rebsorten Garnacha und Syrah finden auch in diesem Wein Verwendung. Das besondere ist unter anderem, dass die Trauben ausschließlich mit nackten Füßen gestampft werden. Maschinen kommen also bei der Pressung der Trauben nicht zum Einsatz. Nur etwa 50% der Trauben aus dem Weinberg gelangen in den Wein, eine extreme Selektion also, die nur von Hand vorgenommen wird.Das ergibt einen tiefdunklen, fast schwarzen Farbton im Glas. In der Nase beherrschen Noten von reifen Beeren, Lakritz, Rosmarin, Thymian und Lavendel den Duft.  Am Gaumen prägt volle Frucht und Saftigkeit den charakteristischen Prados Fusion. Ein aufgeschlossener und offener Wein mit runden Tanninen und einem seidigen Abgang, der zum Weitertrinken einlädt.Servieren Sie den Pagos del Moncayo Prados Fusion zu gegrilltem Fleisch oder Wurstwaren. An seinem auffallenden Etikett ist der Mabis Biscardo Enigma Appassimento Sangiovese Rubicone IGT erkennbar. Enigma (dt. rätselhaft) hat das italienische Weingut Mabis seinen Appassimento benannt. Unter Leitung der Familie Biscardo und einigen Landwirtschaftsbetrieben der Emilia-Romagna wurde der Rotwein mit dem Hinweis an alle Weingenießer und Appassimento Liebhaber erschaffen, diesen mystischen Wein mit geweckter Neugier zu entdecken.Die Sangiovese Trauben, aus denen der Rotwein gekeltert wird, werden im Spätherbst von Hand geerntet. Die Beeren sind zu diesem Zeitpunkt teilweise getrocknet. Um den Früchten weiterhin Wasser zu entziehen, sodass Zucker und Extrakt konzentrierter werden, wird das Trocknungsverfahren fortgefahren. Ende Dezember erfolgt eine langsame Mazeration bei kontrollierten und niedrigen Temperaturen. Bis zum März reift der Wein auf der Hefe, wovon 30% in Eichenfässern. Wie der Name des Weins und das Herstellungsverfahren uns verraten, wird der Enigma nach dem Appassimentoverfahren vinifiziert.Der intensiv schwarze Mabis Biscardo Enigma Appassimento Sangiovese Rubicone IGT verführt mit harmonischen Aromen von roten Früchten und schwarzen Beeren. ‘Mea Culpa’ means ‘my fault’. Mario Minini from the Cantine Minini estate used this expression ironically to name his outstanding red wine. In his opinion, he created the best cuvée that can be made using the Appassimento method.The Mea Culpa Vino Rosso in an extraordinary wine in all respects. The Primitivo, Shiraz and Merlot grapes for the Appassimento cuvée come from two very different wine-growing regions in Italy. The Primitivo grapes come from Apulia, of course, while the Shiraz and Merlot grapes come from Sicily, wonderfully uniting to create this excellent blend. The responsible wine-maker Mario Minini and his team of oenologists worked on the optimal composition of this blend for a long time. The result is a medium-dry red wine, offering an abundance of aromas on the nose.Fine notes of chocolate, nuances of tobacco and strong fruit aromas of blackberries, strawberries and dark cherries unite with notes of mocha and vanilla.
