Notes of red berries, strawberries, black cherries and vanilla characterize the bouquet, along with a fine nuttiness. Full-bodied on the palate with great fruitiness and elegance.

Anthonij Rupert Protea Cabernet Sauvignon

The Protea Cabernet Sauvignon from Anthonij Rupert Wines is an excellent example of South African wine quality at a fair price. The grapes come from the Groenekloof region in the Darling wine-growing area. Here the days are warm and the nights cool, so there is a big difference in temperature. This fact and the deep red soil with decomposed granite give the wine a unique blend of dark and red fruit aromas.
