Bergsig Sauvignon Blanc

The Bergsig Sauvignon Blanc comes from the traditional Bergsig Estate in the Breede River Valley. The vines grow on mineral-rich soils and benefit from warm days and cool nights, which give the grapes their lively freshness and clear aromas.

In the glass, the wine impresses with tropical notes, fresh lime and delicate hints of gooseberry. On the palate, it is light, tangy and mineral, with a harmonious, fruity finish.

Served at 8-10 °C, Bergsig Sauvignon Blanc is an ideal aperitif and a versatile accompaniment to grilled fish, fresh salads and Asian cuisine.

Bergsig Estate
