Lachsfarben schimmert der Anthonij Rupert L'Ormarins MCC Brut Classique Rosé im Glas. Der Schaumwein aus Südafrika duftet animierend vielschichtig nach Himbeeren und Erdbeeren. Dieses fruchtig-frische Bouquet wird durch Nuancen von Pfeffer und Zitrone abgerundet. Am Gaumen ist der Méthode Cap Classique lebhaft, mit feiner Perlage und einer knackigen Säure. Aromen von Pfirsich und Cranberry, dazu weiche Hefe-Noten runden das Geschmackserlebnis ab.

It is a narrow valley surrounded by steep mountain ranges. The mountains provide the vines with plenty of shade and the climate tends to be cool. This results in a white wine with relatively high acidity and superficial aromas. This also has a positive influence on the ageing potential. The Cape of Good Hope Altima Sauvignon Blanc smells of green beans, cut grass, peppers and grapefruit zest. On the palate, it has a mineral note and lively acidity. The wine tastes of grapefruit, lemon and melon.
