Der Allesverloren Tinta Barocca setzt auf sehr alte Reben und auf niedrige Erträge. Die Trauben stammen von Reben, die zum Teil bis zu 60 Jahre alt sind. Der Rotwein hat eine tief rubinrote Farbe und zeigt in der Nase schöne Noten von roten Beeren mit einem Hauch von Schokolade, Vanille und Gewürzaromen. Am Gaumen ist der Allesverloren Tinta Barocca nicht nur weich und elegant, sondern durch seine Reifung in französischen Fässern fest in der Struktur.
