Der Allesverloren Tinta Barocca setzt auf sehr alte Reben und auf niedrige Erträge. Die Trauben stammen von Reben, die zum Teil bis zu 60 Jahre alt sind. Der Rotwein hat eine tief rubinrote Farbe und zeigt in der Nase schöne Noten von roten Beeren mit einem Hauch von Schokolade, Vanille und Gewürzaromen. Am Gaumen ist der Allesverloren Tinta Barocca nicht nur weich und elegant, sondern durch seine Reifung in französischen Fässern fest in der Struktur. Der Geschmack ist vollmundig mit intensiven Beerenfrüchten und subtilen Röst- und Gewürzaromen. Diese Kombination macht den Wein zu einem leicht trinkbaren, komplexen Genuss.

The classic from the traditional South African winery Allesverloren: Allesverloren Cape Vintage is an exceptional composition from the Cape. The port-style liqueur wine is a creation that includes the grape varieties Tinta Barroca, Touriga Franca and Touriga Nacional.The Allesverloren Vintage presents itself in a dark ruby red in the glass. The sweet wine from the Swartland winery has a stimulating aroma of honey, blackcurrants, black cherries and honeysuckle as well as sweet spices reminiscent of Christmas.The palate has a wonderful balance of acidity and alcohol. The interplay of aromas from the Allesverloren Cape Vintage is captivating. Aromas of candied orange peel, a delicate fruit compote and nuances of dark chocolate harmonize perfectly. Wonderfully smooth, with a long lingering finish.The Allesverloren Cape Vintage matured for around one and a half years in second and third fill French oak barrels.
