A beguiling bouquet of lavender, thyme, violets and oriental spices unfolds in the glass - like a walk through a Mediterranean herb garden.The two grape varieties were harvested together in the last week of February and co-fermented to achieve a particularly intense interplay of aromas. Malolactic fermentation took place in barrels, after which the wine matured for 24 months in selected French oak barrels of 225 and 300 liters. This maturation gives the wine structure, depth and silky tannins.On the palate, La Bri Syrah is multi-layered, with dark fruit, floral notes and fine herbal spice. The tannins are polished and harmoniously integrated, while the acidity provides freshness and elegance.
