The Setencostas Tinto DOC is a blend of four typical red grape-varieties in Portugal. Castelão, Camarate, Tinta Miúda and Preto Martinho give in this combination a tannin-driven, fruity wine.

The bouquet is multi-faceted. Aromas of wild berries and dark cherries, some forest floor and balsamic notes such as mint and eucalyptus together offer a nice flavor. It is rounded out by notes of licorice. The Quinta da Boavista is located in the hills of the wine region Lisboa, about 50 kilometers north of Lisbon. Boavista means "beautiful view", which fully applies for this red wine from Portugal.

Enjoy the Setencostas Tinto DOC to delicate dishes of pork and beef, meat in light sauces or mild cheeses.

Zenato Valpolicella Superiore
The Zenato Valpolicella is somewhat similar to the Bardolino; however, the Valpolicella is a little more powerful and shows a fuller body – it is simply of better quality. The wine consists of Corvina Veronese (responsible for the bouquet and the acidity), Rondinella (lots of sugar) and Sangiovese (gives the wine its elegance). This is a wine that can be enjoyed young, but another few years of ageing in the wine cellar will further enhance its qualities. For years, Valpolicella has been one of Italy’s most famous wines. Unfortunately, one can find many Valpolicella wines of poor quality on the market but fortunately, we don’t have to worry about this as far as Zenato wines are concerned, as Zenato produces only high-quality wines.

Product recommendation

António Lopes Douro
This wine shows an intense, powerful and fruity bouquet. It is full-bodied and rich in fruit and tannins.Enjoy this Vinho Tinto with dark meat, grilled fish, hearty flummeries and spicy pizza. The Douro wine-growing region is the oldest protected region of origin in Portugal. The cultivation area was already precisely defined and designated in 1761. This bizarre landscape along the Douro River is characterized by steep slopes and terraces extending down to the river. The prevailing cultivation conditions here are extremely harsh, so that the vines grow only with difficulty on the slate and granite soils. In former times, port was almost the only thing produced here, but today, the Douro area ranks among Portugal’s top wine regions.
