Die Villa Conchi Cava Rosado Blush Brut ist ein spanischer Schaumwein, der aus der Region Penedes in Katalonien stammt. Dieser Villa Conchi Cava wird nach der traditionellen Methode hergestellt, bei der die zweite Gärung in der Flasche stattfindet, ähnlich wie bei Champagner.

Der Rosado Blush Brut ist ein frischer und fruchtiger Cava, der zu 100% aus Rebsorte Trepat hergestellt wird. Im Glas zeigt er eine attraktive hell kirschrote Farbe. In der Nase entfalten sich intensive Noten von roten Früchten wie Erdbeeren und Himbeeren, begleitet von einem Hauch von Zitrusfrüchten. Am Gaumen zeigt sich der Cava trocken und erfrischend, mit lebendiger Säure und feinen Bläschen. Die fruchtigen Aromen setzen sich fort und werden von subtilen floralen Nuancen begleitet.

Der Villa Conchi Cava Rosado Blush Brut eignet sich hervorragend als Aperitif und passt auch gut zu verschiedenen Gerichten wie Fisch, Meeresfrüchten und leichten Salaten.
